International and Domestic Shipping
NOTE: THE SHIPPING COSTS WE CHARGE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TAXES, DUTIES, OR CUSTOMS/BROKERAGE FEES COLLECTED UPON DELIVERY. (Gift orders are not exempt.) THESE FEES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY AND ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
All customs and import fees are solely your responsibility. By giving Allogi Beauty your consent to ship an order, you assume full responsibility for the taxes, duties, or customs/brokerage fees required in your country. If your package is confiscated by Customs, not collected from Customs or you refuse your package upon delivery and/or notification of these fees, Allogi Beauty is unable to issue a refund for your purchase or the original shipping cost.
Ingredient restrictions vary from country to country and Customs can confiscate orders containing ingredients that are not allowed in country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area, as well as what products or ingredients are restricted in your area.
Most International Airmail, takes an average of 14 days to be delivered, but can take up to five weeks. We cannot refund or credit your account if your order is lost or not delivered on time. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the package once it passes customs, and is to be delivered via your postal delivery company.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Allogi or the USPS. We are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Allogi is not responsible for an order once USPS or your local postal service has marked it as "Delivered”.
If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, We will also subtract any other outside charges Allogi has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
International Return to Sender: A 20% restocking fee and any additional S&H will be assessed accordingly. All international shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless the Company made an error. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error.
For ‘free shipping’ packages, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.
- Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. As a Russian customer, you are responsible for making sure that buying Beauty Products from the United States is allowed in Russia.
- Please check with your local customs for more information regarding banned import products.
- If customs confiscates any restricted item from your order we will be unable to refund you for the item.

Due to a Russian governmental requirement, Russian Customs or the delivery company may contact you over the phone or via email to ask that you provide your Passport data.
